What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years Roofing Foreman (commercial) experience
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in roofing
- Driver’s license with a good driving record
- Intermediate English skills
- Communicates and works well with others
- Able to instruct apprentices and new workers
- Can work at heights
- Learns and follows our extensive company safety policy
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and train team members in standard roofing and safety practices
- Deliver exceptional customer service with Admirals Roofing customers
- Correctly install all materials with proper adhesives and fasteners in the correct patterns
- Ensure that all materials are installed at correct mil or thickness rate
- Properly secure all safety equipment at the job site
- Project reporting on a daily basis and as otherwise needed
- Oversee all aspects of roof installations including, but not limited to, safety, housekeeping, and quality of work
Physical Demands:
This position may require occasional climbing, balancing, heavy lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit for extended periods of time or be on their feet for extended periods of time, and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel. Vision abilities required by this job may include close vision.
